Protecting your privacy and providing you with the best customer care is important to us. We ask for your personal details so that we can provide keep you up to date with news about our latest designs and other information we think you’d like to hear about.
This depends on how and when you order. Normally, orders are dispatched the next working day. Your garments are sent by courier post. For North Island customers, this means you should receive your parcel within 2-4 working days. For South Island customers, this means you should receive your parcel within 3-5 working days. If you have not received your delivery within these time frames please email us or call us on +64 6 345 8965.
The charges quoted on our website are subject to change from time to time and relate to New Zealand only. We will endeavour to keep these costs to a minimum.
If your garment is found to be damaged or incorrect on delivery, please let us know. We will be happy to arrange collection and send a replacement to you. Refunds will only be an exchange of garment or a credit for the same amount providing garments are returned within 14 days with all tags intact and in the same condition as prior to shipping.
